A door comes off its track when something interrupts the path it is supposed to follow: a bumped door, a broken cable, a seized roller or a track that has been knocked out of line. The door then leans into the opening and often jams solid.

We take the load off the door before moving anything, return the rollers to the track, straighten or replace deformed track and brackets, and only then look at why it left the track in the first place.

Support and unload

The door is supported and tension controlled so nothing shifts while the rollers are freed.

Re-seat the rollers

Rollers are guided back into the track section by section without forcing panels.

Straighten and align

Damaged track, hinges and brackets are straightened or replaced and re-plumbed.

Fix the root cause

Cables, springs, rollers and clearances are checked so the door does not derail again.
