On current door models the match is usually very close. On discontinued doors an exact match may not exist, and we will say so rather than fitting a section that stands out.
It depends on how many sections are damaged and the age of the door. One damaged section on a sound door usually favours panel replacement; several damaged sections often favour replacement.
A crease weakens the section and can let the door flex or bind in the track, which puts extra load on hinges and rollers, so it is worth addressing rather than ignoring.
